Do you charge just to come out and take a look?
We charge a small RM60 inspection fee within our core coverage area — and we waive it completely if you go ahead with the repair. It covers real diagnosis: moisture meters, circuit testers, camera checks where needed.
You will always hear the full price before any work starts. No "start first, discuss later".
How fast can you reach my house?
For Subang Jaya, USJ and Putra Heights we can usually be at your door within 60 to 90 minutes on a working day. Elsewhere in the Klang Valley, same-day slots are the norm if you call before 3pm.
Genuine emergencies — burst pipes, sparking outlets — jump the queue. Say the word "emergency" when you call.
Are your electricians actually licensed?
Yes. Every electrical job is carried out or supervised by a Suruhanjaya Tenaga registered wireman, and our plumbing leads hold CIDB accreditation.
We are happy to show credentials on arrival — please do ask. Unlicensed electrical work voids most Malaysian home insurance policies, so this matters more than people think.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
All workmanship carries a 90-day guarantee. If the same fault returns within that window, we come back and put it right at no charge.
Parts and appliances we supply carry their own manufacturer warranties on top — typically one to five years depending on the item.
Can you work in condos that need management approval?
Frequently. We carry public liability insurance and can supply the license copies, work permits and method statements most building managements in the Klang Valley ask for.
Tell us your building's name when booking and we will handle the paperwork before the visit day.
How can I pay?
Cash, online bank transfer, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet and major credit or debit cards.
An itemised receipt is issued for every job, and e-invoices are available on request for landlords and companies.
