It started with two business cards on one fridge
In 2016, plumber Ravi Chandran and electrician Marcus Lim kept meeting at the same houses in USJ — because water heater jobs need both trades, and homeowners were stuck coordinating two contractors who had never spoken.
After the fourth job where one waited in the porch for the other to finish, they did the obvious thing: merged. One quote, one visit, one person responsible when something goes wrong. That principle — no finger-pointing, ever — is still printed inside every Flowbox van door.
Ten years on, the crew is ten strong: four plumbing leads, four registered wiremen, one apprentice on each side. Big enough to reach you today, small enough that Ravi or Marcus still checks every completed job sheet.

Ravi Chandran
CIDB-accredited, 21 years on the tools. The man other plumbers call when a leak "cannot be found". Speaks English, Malay and Tamil.
Marcus Lim
Suruhanjaya Tenaga registered chargeman. Designs every rewiring plan himself and signs off all DB upgrades. Fluent in English, Malay, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Azman Hashim
Twelve years in, specialist in concealed leak detection and high-rise plumbing. The calm voice you want on a burst-pipe callout.
Suresh Nair
Registered wireman with a decade of fault-finding behind him. Famous in the depot for labelling DB boxes so neatly customers photograph them.
Faizal Rahman
Hot water system specialist — storage tanks, instant units and everything the manuals say about them. Eight years with Flowbox.
Priya Devi
Runs the schedule, the quotes and the WhatsApp line. If you got a reply in four minutes, that was Priya.
