Take tripping seriously — it is doing its job

A breaker or ELCB that trips is not "faulty". It is detecting something genuinely wrong: current leaking to earth, a circuit pulling more than its cable can carry, or insulation breaking down somewhere out of sight. Resetting it again and again without finding the cause is how electrical fires start. Malaysian fire statistics put faulty wiring among the top residential causes year after year.

How we trace faults

We split the installation circuit by circuit, measure insulation resistance, and follow the numbers to the actual defect — a rodent-chewed cable in the ceiling, a waterlogged outdoor socket, an overloaded kitchen ring. You get an explanation in plain language and a fixed price to put it right. No "we replaced three things, one of them worked".

When rewiring is genuinely due

Cloth-insulated or aluminium wiring, a fuse box without an RCCB, sockets that spark when plugging in, or renovations that have daisy-chained extension after extension — any of these puts a house on our rewire-soon list. We will inspect, prioritise what is urgent versus what can wait, and quote in stages so the budget stays in your control.

What it costs

Diagnostic visits within the coverage area are RM60, waived when we do the repair. Simple fault repairs commonly land between RM150 and RM450. Rewiring is quoted per point after inspection, with the scope agreed in writing. Every job is tested and covered by our 90-day workmanship guarantee.
